Dr. Carter is a general dentist who enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, including implantology and oral surgery.

Dr. Carter provides patients with her best care. After receiving her undergraduate degree in physiology and neurobiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, she went on to attend the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Carter advanced her training in general dentistry at a general practice residency program at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA. During her time here, she was also able to provide treatment to medically and dentally complex patients in a hospital setting. Dr. Carter is a Brunswick, MD native and is excited to provide patients with exceptional care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a passionate traveler who loves exploring new places. She also enjoys indoor cycling and is always cheering on the Maryland Terrapins.
